19 per hour Responsible for properly answering all incoming telephone calls, responding to inquiries, and transferring calls to the correct departments.
Responsibilities:
Operate multiple position telephone switchboard to relay incoming, outgoing, and interoffice calls Respond to inquiries from calls as per Hospital policy Take and relay messages for staff members Maintain current file of patients' names, room location, and telephone extensions to expedite relaying calls Maintain list of resident doctors and technicians on call for the day Requirements:

years experience as telephone operator High School diploma or equivalency required Ability to operate multi-position telephone console Excellent communication skills.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
