Responsibilities:
- Perform clerical duties, including but not limited to, data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents - Greet and assist visitors at the front desk in a professional and friendly manner - Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system - Coordinate projects and assist with project management tasks as assigned - Maintain organized and accurate records - Assist with event planning and coordination as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience working in a clerical role is preferred - Experience working in a medical or dental office is a plus - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Proficient in using various computer programs, including Google Suite - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team Note:
